Purple Resistance Band

Add resistance with our purple band (approx 1.2m in length) to exercises such as the chest stretch, dumb waiters, and cleopatras to really strengthen your shoulders. Or use the band for some mobility work to give you that bit more of a hamstrings stretch. Contains latex. Available for collection only from the studio (SS15 4ER) during normal opening hours.
